Dr Nawaz appeared in the 28 July Lianhe Zaobao article on the Tanjong Katong subsidence and its possible link to nearby gutter construction failure.
Congratulations Prof Brenda Yeoh for being awarded the NUS Distinguished Professorship, which is given for "excellence and international recognition in research and creative activity together with significant and impactful leadership in raising standards of the University with respect to research or creative activity, education and service.".
Dr Nawaz was featured in Lianhe Zaobao (largest Singaporean Chinese-language newspaper) on 4 July, sharing expert insights on big earthquakes in Japan.
