Publishing with Cornell University Press: From Proposal to Bound Book
In this workshop, acquisitions editor Jackie Teoh will be sharing her insights on the publishing process at Cornell University Press. An overview on key phases of the process—preparing a proposal, navigating peer review feedback, promoting your book, and more—will be followed by a period for questions and discussion.

Jackie Teoh is an acquisitions editor at Cornell University Press. She oversees acquisitions for the Cornell Studies in Security Affairs as well as the Cornell Studies in Money series, and welcomes projects in international relations, comparative politics, and adjacent fields, including political history. Prior to joining Cornell University Press, she worked at The Feminist Press at the City University of New York, Hachette Book Group, and the University of Wisconsin Press. She holds a PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
