STUDENT SUPPORT AND WELLNESS

FASS Student Support Team

FASS has a dedicated team of Student Support Managers (SSMs), whose role is to offer support to students who may be experiencing mental wellbeing-related difficulties or who may require special needs support. Our SSMs can discuss problems and potential solutions with students, and, where possible, facilitate access to the various university resources that may be helpful.

Wellness Resources

#WellnessWednesdays

A social media content series curated by the FASS Student Support Team. These posts explores relevant wellness topics, with hopes to provide more information about self-care and encourage help seeking behaviour amongst FASS students.

Check it out:

Board of Day Dreams

This Board of Day Dreams is a collation of responses from NUS FASS Freshmen on their perspectives regarding self-care and the topic of "wonder". As part of the WONDERland experience during FASS Orientation 2023, students were asked to respond to one of 4 prompts:

  • When was the last time you felt awe?
  • What is something you are grateful for this week?
  • Share your favourite quote.
  • Share a unique self-care tip.

Click on this link to view what your peers have shared.
