Student Exchange Programmes

Spend a semester abroad earning units on the Student Exchange Programme (SEP) at our partner university. Tap on the many interesting course offerings from our partners.

Summer/ Winter Programmes

A shorter version of Student Exchange Programme which allows students  to experience independent life in a different culture for a few weeks.

Immersion Programmes

Immersion Programmes provide complete language learning experiences and include home stays, language classes, hands-on project work, lectures and workshops on the cultural and socio-historical aspects of the country and visits to nearby cities and attractions in the region. Students may participate in immersion programmes in France, Germany, Indonesia, Thailand or Vietnam.

Field Studies

Field studies allow for knowledge acquired in the classroom to be applied in real world settings. The Geography Field Studies course, for instance, has been successfully conducted over the years in Thailand. Students develop a better awareness of local cultures, good interpersonal skills, and complementary abilities in order to complete their field tasks.

NUS Overseas Colleges

NUS Overseas Colleges (NOC), a division of NUS Enterprise, provides NUS students with entrepreneurial aspirations to be placed in high-tech start-ups for 6-month or year-long internships.  While working full-time, the interns also take entrepreneurship-related courses at prestigious partner universities abroad. Interns on year-long programmes can earn up to 40 units of unit transfer.
