FASS International Relations
Global Opportunities at FASS
FASS connects students and faculty with universities around the world, creating opportunities for overseas study, international collaboration and cross-cultural learning.
Through the International Relations and Special Duties Division, students can explore semester exchanges, summer schools and other overseas educational programmes. The division also supports international students who wish to study at FASS for a semester or two.
Student Exchange Programme
The FASS Student Exchange Programme allows undergraduate students to spend one or two semesters at an overseas partner university. Students can experience a different academic environment, broaden their perspectives and gain valuable international exposure while earning credits towards their NUS undergraduate degree.
Special Degree Programmes
FASS also offers special undergraduate and graduate programmes with selected partner universities, including King’s College London, Sciences Po and Waseda University. These programmes provide students with distinctive academic experiences and opportunities to learn across institutions and cultures.
FASStrack Asia: The Summer School
Discover Asia through FASStrack Asia: The Summer School at NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. Held in Singapore over three immersive weeks in July, the programme combines engaging in-person classes, expert-led discussions and local field trips to deepen students’ understanding of Asia. Open to both NUS students and participants from universities worldwide, FASStrack Asia offers a vibrant and enriching experience that blends academic learning, cultural exchange and exploration in one of Asia’s most dynamic cities.
FASStrack Youth Academy
FASStrack Youth Academy is a five-day programme for international high school students to experience undergraduate life at the NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. Through engaging classes and campus-based activities, participants gain a first-hand introduction to university learning and life at FASS.
