The FASS Service Award is an annual Faculty award given out to administrative staff members for their excellent service delivery at work. The award aims to inspire the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences staff members to scale new heights in terms of providing excellent quality service to our internal and external stakeholders, including our students, NUS and FASS colleagues, members of the public.  In recognising these colleagues, FASS hopes to encourage other administrative staff members to emulate their best practices and exemplary service in their work.

The award has two categories, namely ‘Outstanding Service Award’ and ‘Service Award’.

For FSA 2018, we have received 145 nominations for 62 FASS colleagues.  After reviewing all the nominees’ ratings and/or submitted supporting documents, including testimonials from students, FASS/NUS staff, alumni members, staff members of external organizations (such as Ministries) and members of the public, we are pleased to announce the following winners.
